Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem celoživotního vzdělávání především ve vztahu k seniorům. Vychází jak z teoretických, tak i praktických poznatků o dané oblasti. Cílem práce je zmapovat stav vzdělávání seniorů v Libereckém kraji.Teoretická část se zabývá popisem základních pojmů a vymezením teoretických východisek z oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání, gerontagogiky a možného potenciálu pro zkvalitnění života seniorů.Empirická část práce za pomoci kvantitativní výzkumné strategie zjišťuje, které služby v oblasti vzdělávání využívají senioři nejčastěji a jaké jsou nejčastější bariéry znemožňující tento druh aktivizace. Mezi dílčí cíle patří malé šetření v oblasti nabídky vzdělávacích služeb pro seniory v Libereckém kraji. Práce se snaží objevit oblasti, kde není potenciál vzdělávání naplno využit. Výstupem práce jsou navrhovaná praktická doporučení pro oblasti vzdělávání a samotné praxe.
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of lifelong learning especially in relation to seniors.Based on both theoretical and practical knowledge of the area. The aim of the thesis is mapping situation of seniors education in the Liberec region.The theoretical part deals with the description of the basic concepts and the definition of the theoretical starting points from the field of lifelong education, gerontology and potential potential for a better life of seniors.The empirical part of the work, using a quantitative research strategy, identifies where the education services are used by the elderly most often and what are the most frequent barriers preventing this kind of activation. The partial objectives include a small survey on the supply of educational services for seniors in the Liberec region. The work tries to find areas where the potential of education is not fully exploited. The output of the thesis is the proposed practical recommendations for the areas of education and practice itself.
