Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zátěžových situací vnímaných z pozice dobrovolníků canisasistentů v sociální práci. Práce obsahuje metodologickou a tématickou část. Metodologická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, kde jsou popsány obecné charakteristiky kvalitativního výzkumu aplikované na potřeby zkoumané problematiky. Je zde uvedena metoda sběru dat, příprava a strategie realizace výzkumu. Tato část obsahuje také výběr a popis výzkumného vzorku. Výzkum byl realizován formou otevřeného rozhovoru po zadání dvou startovacích otázek respondentům. Tématická část obsahuje dvě hlavní kapitoly vycházející z formulace výzkumné otázky. Každá kapitola dále obsahuje podkapitoly zabývající se tématy, která vyplynula z rozhovorů s respondenty. Výstupem kvalitativního výzkumu je subjektivní pohled na zátěžové situace, se kterými se lze v dobrovolnické canisterapeutické činnosti setkat a analýza faktorů ovlivňujících činnost canisterapie v zařízeních sociální péče.
The diploma thesis deals with stressful situations as perceived by volunteering canine assistants in social work. The thesis is divided into a methodological and a thematic section. The methodology part consists of three chapters, describing the general characteristics of qualitative research as applied to the needs of the research topic. The method of data collection is also discussed, as well as the preparation and implementation strategy of the research. This section also describes the sample and the principle of its selection. The research had the form of an open interview based on two questions submitted to the respondents. The thematic section comprises two main chapters based on the formulation of the research query. Each of them is divided into subchapters dealing with topics that emerged in the interviews with respondents. The output of the qualitative research is a subjective view of stressful situations that can be encountered in volunteer canine therapy and an analysis of factors influencing canine therapy in social care facilities.
