Abstract
Záměrem příspěvku je přispět do českého diskurzu o moci v sociální práci poukázáním na význam temporality lidského života. Vycházíme z takových charakteristik pomáhajícího procesu, jakými jsou intencionalita a vztahovost. Porozumění mechanismu moci v pomáhajícím vztahu zakládáme na porozumění proměny postavení a rolí sociálního pracovníka v postmoderní době. Druhým východiskem je filozofické pojetí moci v pomáhajícím vztahu. Teoretická reflexe významu temporality v pomáhajícím vztahu je ilustrována výsledky kvalitativního šetření, realizovaného v rámci projektu SGS FP TUL Etická dilemata komunitní práce.
W prezentowanym artykule pragniemy włączyć się do prowadzonej w Czechach dyskusji na temat potencjalnych możliwości w pracy społecznej, wskazując na znaczenie temporalnego aspektu życia ludzkiego. Za podstawę przyjmujemy przy tym takie cechy procesu niesienia pomocy, jakimi są intencjonalność oraz empatia. Zrozumienie mechanizmu potencjalnych możliwości w aspekcie niesienia pomocy opieramy na zrozumieniu miejsca oraz roli pracownika pomocy społecznej w dobie postmodernistycznej. Drugim punktem wyjścia jest filozoficzne rozumienie potencjalnych możliwości w aspekcie niesienia pomocy. Teoretyczna refleksja nad znaczeniem temporalności w niesieniu pomocy pokazana jest na przykładzie wyników badań jakościowych, przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu SGS FP TUL [Studencki Konkurs Grantowy Wydziału Przyrodniczo-Humanistycznego i Pedagogicznego Uniwersytetu Technicznego w Libercu] – Etyczne dylematy pracy społecznej.
The purpose of this article is to contribute to the Czech discourse on issues of power in social work by pointing to the importance of temporality of human life. The article is based on such characteristics of the helping process as intentionality and relationship. Understanding of the power mechanism within the helping relationship draws on the understanding of the change in the position and roles of a social worker in the postmodern era. The second basis is the philosophical conception of the power within the helping relationship. Theoretical reflection of the importance of temporality in the helping relationship is illustrated by the results of the qualitative survey carried out in the framework of the SGS FP TUL project Ethical dilemmas of community work.
Das Ziel dieses Beitrags besteht darin, zu dem tschechischen Diskurs über Macht in der sozialen Arbeit durch den Hinweis auf Temporalität des menschlichen Lebens beizutragen. Wir gehen von Charakteristiken des Hilfeprozesses wie Intentionalität und Beziehung aus. Das Verständnis vom Mechanismus der Macht in der helfenden Beziehung gründen wir auf dem Verständnis von Veränderung der Position und der Rolle des Sozialarbeiters in der postmodernen Zeit. Unser zweiter Ausgangspunkt ist die philosophische Auffassung der Macht in der helfenden Beziehung. Die theoretische Reflexion über die Bedeutung von Temporalität in der helfenden Beziehung wird durch die Ergebnisse einer qualitativen im Rahmen des SGS FP Projektes zu Ethischen Dilemmas der Gemeindearbeit realisierten Forschung illustriert.
