Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou parametrů ovlivňujících spojování nadměrně pružných materiálů a to konkrétně švů u cyklistických kalhot. Analýza a testování jsou založené na již existujících metodách dle norem (Grab, Strip a ČSN 80 0810), které testují mechanické vlastnosti textilního materiálu. V úvodní kapitole jsou z teoretického hlediska nejprve rozebrány nadměrně pružné materiály a faktory ovlivňující jejich spojování. Dále jsou uvedeny metody a postupy testování vlastností švů.V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika použitých materiálů, šicích nití a jehel. Pozornost je dále věnována postupům pro měření pevnosti švu, vyhodnocení roztažnosti cyklistických kalhot a v závěru jsou uvedeny výsledky testování daných materiálů.
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of parameters affecting the sewing stretch knit of excessively elastic fabric, namely seams in cycling pants. Analysis and testing is based on existing methods (Grab, Strip and CSN 80 0810) that test the mechanical properties of textile fabric. In the introductory chapter is discussed the theory of excessively elastic fabrics and factors affecting their sewing. Furthermore, the following are methods and procedures for testing the seam properties.The practical part of the document contains a description of tested materials, sewing threads and needles. Furthermore, the procedures for measuring the seam strength, evaluating the stretchability of cycling pants and the final section describes the evaluation of the measurement the textile fabric.
