dc.description.abstract	This bachalor´s thesis focuses on personal development and its subjective reflexion within the limits of narrative psychotherapy and systemic constellations. In the first part, the author reflects the roots and different attitudes of world-renowed psychotherapists and philosophers which they adopted towards the topic. In the second part, she applies the principles on herself, under the supervision of an therapist. She uses qualitative methods for the analysis of evolution and during the process she discovers blocks, which are progressively transformed into sources of energy. The latter can be then used for one´s own evolution, which leads to a greater integrity of personality. The author shows the reader the way to one´s own evolution and reckognition, to understanding one´s own problems and the context in which they occur. The value of this thesis is in the author´s personal testimony and the application of new methods on herself, which makes it easier for any potentional readers to put up with their own blocks. The author extends, through the story of her life and its reformulation, the limits of evidence, accepts her past and considers her life-experience from a different perspective and in a greater integrity.Key words:	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobním růstem a jeho subjektivní reflexí v rámci narativní psychoterapie a systemických konstelací. Autorka v první části teoreticky reflektuje kořeny a přístupy světových psychoterapeutů a filosofů k tématu. V části druhé je aplikuje s pomocí terapeuta sama na sobě. K analýze růstu užívá kvalitativní metody. Během procesu jsou odhaleny bloky, jenž se pomocí terapie postupně přeměňují na zdroje pro růst, což vede k vyšší integritě osobnosti. Autorka předkládá čtenáři cestu k rozvoji a sebepřijetí, k pochopení vlastních problémů a kontextu, který je spoluutváří. Význam této práce je v osobité výpovědi autorky a aplikaci nových metod terapie na sobě samé, čímž potencionálním čtenářům usnadňuje vyrovnání se s vlastními bloky. Skrze životní příběh a jeho reformulaci rozšiřuje autorka hranice evidence, příjímá svoji historii a nahlíží svůj život i sama sebe z jiné perspektivy a ve větší celistvosti.	cs
