Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou skladového hospodářství pro moderní organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na 2 hlavní části. První část je věnována teoretické dekompozici této problematiky. Je zde zahrnuta problematika zásob, skladování, nové trendy ve skladovém hospodářství a Průmysl 4.0. V druhé části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části na konkrétní organizaci s ohledem na rizika, Průmysl 4.0 a procesní přístup. V práci je uvedena charakteristika konkrétní organizace, charakteristika procesu a znaky skladového hospodářství. Pomocí ABC analýzy jsou vypočteny nejdůležitější položky ve skladě organizace. Z pozorování z organizace byly zjištěny neshody, na které jsou v práci navržena řešení.
The thesis deals with a topic of The Stock Economy for a Modern Organisation. The thesis is divided into 2 main parts. The first part is dedicated to a theoretical decomposition of this topic. This includes stock reserves, warehousing, new trends in warehousing and the Industry 4.0. In the second part, findings from the theoretical part are applied to the company, considering risks, the Industry 4.0 and the process approach. This thesis describes the characteristics of the company, the process and the warehouse management. Using of the ABC analysis, the most important items on company´s stock are enumerated. A study in the company discovered nonconformities between the company/process characteristic and the real findings. The thesis comes with solutions for fixing it.
