Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce je tvorba webového atlasu o městě Liberec. V teoretické části je rozebíráno téma digitální kartografie, jejíž nejčastějšími produkty jsou webové a elektronické mapy a atlasy. Důsledně je zkoumána jejich největší přednost interaktivita a také jsou analyzovány jejich výhody a nevýhody. V praktické části jsou popsány metody, které vedly k vytvoření konceptu Atlasu Liberečana. Mezi tyto metody patří řízené rozhovory, tvorba person a analýza tematických městských atlasů. V závěrečné části jsou pak představeny programy a aplikace firmy Esri, které soužily pro fyzickou tvorbu atlasu. Nedílnou součástí práce je diskuse, ve které jsou rozebírány způsoby použití a tvorby městských atlasů.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is production of web atlas of the city of Liberec. In the theoretical part the topic of digital cartography is examined whose the most common products are digital maps and atlases. Their biggest asset interactivity is investigated very thoroughly. Also advantages and disadvantages of digital maps are analyzed. In the practical part methods that led to creation of the concept of the Atlas of citizen of Liberec are described. These methods includes structured interviews, personas creating and analysis of thematic urban atlases. In the final section programs and application by Esri, which helped to physical creation of the atlas are introduced. An integral part of the thesis is a discussion in which are discussed ways of creating and using urban atlases.
