Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací komplexní laboratorní linky složené ze tří modelových stanic FESTO didactic. Dále představuje základní postupy při tvorbě logického řízení automatizační techniky. Úkolem bylo navrhnout originální pracovní proces, který by demonstroval schopnosti stanic a využíval prvky, kterými jsou vybaveny. Stanice byly zvoleny tak, aby jejich činnost bylo možné navázat na činnost separační stanice, která pracovní proces zakončuje. Řízení jednotlivých stanic je realizováno programovatelnými logickými automaty od firmy B&R Automation a je doplněno o vizualizaci. Pracoviště je možné ovládat v manuálním režimu, kdy uživatel může ovládat jednotlivé prvky stanic. Kromě manuálního režimu lze stanice přepnout i do automatického režimu, kdy se vykonává sekvence úkonů řízených logikou programovatelného automatu.
This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a complex laboratory production line consisting of three FESTO didactic model stations. It also presents the basic procedures for creating a logic control of automation technology. The task was design an original work process that would demonstrate the capabilities of the stations and use the elements with which they are equipped. The stations were chosen so, that their activities could be linked to the activities of the sorting station, which ends the work process. The control of individual stations is realized by programmable logic controllers from the company B&R Automation and is supplemented by visualization. The workplace can be controlled in manual mode, where the user can control individual elements of stations. In addition to the manual mode, the station can also be switched to the automatic mode, where a sequence of actions controlled by the logic of the programmable controller is performed.
