Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje charakteristice neziskových organizací a jejich činností se zaměřením na poskytování sociálních služeb. Definuje sociální služby, a termíny důležité pro přiblížení sociálních služeb. Charakterizuje význam a funkci nestátních neziskových organizací poskytujících sociální služby ve společnosti. Podrobněji rozebírá financování nestátních neziskových organizací, podle jednotlivých zdrojů a možností financování činnosti organizace. Dále se práce zaměřuje na případovou studii vybrané neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby, a to konkrétně Diakonie českobratrské církve evangelické - středisko v Jablonci nad Nisou. Zde práce analyzuje organizaci, její vznik, služby, které nabízí, organizační strukturu a financování, kde se hodnotí výše a vývoj finančních zdrojů. Dále se práce zabývá návrhy na další možnosti financování organizace. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny veškeré poznatky a formulována vlastní doporučení.
This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of non-profit organizations and their activities with a focus on the provision of social services. Defines social services, and terms important for the approach of social services. Describes the importance and function of non-governmental non-profit organizations providing social services in society. It also focuses on financing non-governmental non-profit organizations, according to individual sources and possibilities of financing the organization's activities. Furthermore, the work focuses on a case study of a selected non-profit organization providing social services, namely the Diakonie českobratrské církve evangelické - center in Jablonec nad Nisou. Here the thesis describes the organization, its origin, the services it offers, organizational structure and financing, where the amount and development of financial resources is evaluated. Furthermore, the thesis deals with proposals for other options for financing the organization. In the end, all findings are evaluated and their own recommendations are formulated.
