Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem webového historického atlasu zaměřeného na území Liberce, s přesahem do aglomerace Liberec - Jablonec nad Nisou. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezovány pojmy z webové a historické kartografie a sestavena je vlastní definice webového atlasu. Dále se práce zabývá obecnými přístupy a metodami tvorby historicko-kartografických děl a existujícími projekty českých historických atlasů. V praktické části je uveden postup zpracování rešerše a analýzy webových historicko-kartografických projektů, na základě které byla provedena kategorizace. Představen je koncept Historického atlasu Liberce, včetně doporučeného postupu pro zpracování jeho kapitol. Navržené postupy jsou ověřeny realizací dvou kapitol Historie tramvajových tratí a Vodstvo 19. století. Diskutovány jsou nedostatky webových technologií a využitelnost atlasu.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a web historical atlas focused on the territory of Liberec, with an overlap into the agglomeration of Liberec - Jablonec nad Nisou. In the theoretical part, the terms from web and historical cartography are first defined and the actual definition of a web atlas is compiled. Furthermore, the work deals with general approaches and methods of creating historical-cartographic works and existing projects of Czech historical atlases. The practical part presents the procedure of research and analysis of web historical-cartographic projects, based on which the categorization was performed. The concept of the Historical Atlas of Liberec is presented, including the recommended procedure for the elaboration of its chapters. The proposed procedures are verified by the implementation of two chapters, History of Tram Lines and 19th Century Water. The shortcomings of web technologies and the usability of the atlas are discussed.
