Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pojmu ucelené rehabilitace na trhu práce. V úvodních kapitolách je definován pojem rehabilitace a jeho historie na našem území. Následně jsou objasněny druhy ucelené rehabilitace, jako jsou rehabilitace léčebná, sociální, pedagogická a pracovní. Poslední kapitoly popisují postupný vývoj zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených na našem území, jejich integraci, legislativu a možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce. Praktická část bakalářské práce je realizována formou pozorování a dotazníku a zjišťuje, jakým způsobem je nastavená ucelená rehabilitace v konkrétní organizaci.
This Bachelor thesis focuses on a comprehensive rehabilitation of the job market. The Introductory consist of rehabilitation definition and its history in our region. In the following chapters main types of rehabilitations are explained, such as medical, social, pedagogical, and occupational. The final chapters describe gradual career development of handicapped people in our region, their integration, legislation and their opportunities in the job market. The practical part of my thesis is a form of observations and surveys, which shows how is the global rehabilitation formed in each and individual organisation.
