Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a popsat vývoj úspěšnosti řešení úloh kategorie B. Challenge v soutěži Bobřík informatiky. Zjistili jsme, že existuje očekávaný výsledek soutěže a jak se od něj reálné výsledky odlišují. Dále jsme zjistili, jak se daří v této kategorii odhadovat obtížnost úloh. V obecném mínění panuje přesvědčení, že dívky jsou v přírodních vědách a technice na tom hůře než chlapci. Proto jsme se podívali na to, jak si stojí v informatické soutěži. Na závěr jsme se podívali na to, zda v některých typech úloh jsou soutěžící výrazně úspěšnější a vyslovili možná vysvětlení.
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and describe the development success of solving tasks in B. Challenge category in the Bebras contest. We found out that there is an expectable result of the contest and how real obtained results differ from such expectation. We also found out the quality of estimation of the tasks difficulty in this category. There is a general belief that girls are worse off in science and technology than boys. Therefore, we looked at how they succeed in the computer sciences competition. Finally, we looked at whether the competitors are significantly more successful in some types of tasks or not and we declared possible explanations.
