Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce nazvaná Moderní přístup k plánování: zavádění OKR do organizace se zabývá přístupem organizace k plánování pomocí nové metodologie OKR. V rešeršní části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska v oblasti plánování a představeny jsou vybrané metody. V případové studii této práce je charakterizována společnost Heureka Group a.s., její historie, současnost a strategický plán. Dále je provedena analýza způsobu zavedení této metodologie. Je popsáno, co vedení organizace vedlo k rozhodnutí zavedení této metodologie, jsou představeny konkrétní příklady plánování pomocí OKR, shrnuty benefity a aha efekty zjištěné během procesu zavádění. Práce celý proces zhodnocuje na základě dotazníkového šetření, porovnání dlouhodobých a střednědobých plánů a ekonomického zhodnocení. Vyhodnocení práce poukazuje na možná doporučení a zlepšení, shrnuje pozitivně i negativně vnímané aspekty zavedení a zohledňuje potenciál metodologie OKR.
This bachelor's thesis entitled A Modern Trend in Planning: Implementation of OKR into the Company deals with the organization's approach to planning using the new OKR methodology. The first part of the work describes the theoretical basis in the field of planning and selected methods are introduced. The case study of this work characterizes the company Heureka Group a.s., its history, present and strategic plan. Furthermore, an analysis of the method of implementation of this methodology is performed. It describes what led the organization's management to decide to implement this methodology, presents specific examples of planning using OKRs, summarizes the benefits and aha moments identified during the implementation process. This bachelor's thesis evaluates the whole process on the basis of a questionnaire survey, comparison of long-term and medium-term plans and economic evaluation. The evaluation of this bachelor's thesis points out possible recommendations and improvements, summarizes positively and negatively perceived aspects of implementation and takes the potential of OKR methodology into account.
