Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je nastínění problematiky Cross-Company procesu v mezinárodní společnosti Knorr-Bremse. Cílem práce je zmapování a zhodnocení celého procesu od samotné objednávky produktu až po dodání k cílovému zákazníkovi a porovnání tohoto způsobu obchodu oproti klasickému způsobu dvoustranného obchodu (jednotlivých poboček Knorr-Bremse). Úvodní kapitoly teoretické části jsou zaměřeny na fungování mezinárodních společností a jejich charakteristika v mezinárodním obchodě. Další část přibližuje danou problematiku v oblasti podnikových procesů a to především nákupu, logistiky a prodeje. Analytická část práce se věnuje společnosti Knorr-Bremse, ve které je vyhodnocen konkrétní příklad Cross-Company procesu v porovnání s klasickým případem. K tomu je připojena analýza silných a slabých stránek zmíněného nákupně-prodejního procesu, v závěru je analýza zhodnocena a doplněna návrhem na zlepšení procesu.
The subject of this diploma thesis is the outlining of the Cross-Company process in the international company Knorr-Bremse. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the whole process from the product order itself to the entire logistics to the target customer and whether it is a more efficient and economical process of trade compared to the classic case (of every single subsidiary of Knorr-Bremse). The introductory chapters focus on the theoretical context of concerning the functioning of international companies and their role in international trade. The next part is closer to the given issue in the area of business processes, especially purchasing, logistics and sale in the company. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the company Knorr-Bremse, in which a specific case of Cross- Company process is evaluated compared to the classic one. The thesis is supplemented with the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses in the purchasing-sales process, in the conclusion is the analysis evaluated and supplemented with suggestions for enhancement.
