Abstract
Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření multimediálního materiálu metodické řady cviků pro hod kladivem. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu současné metodiky hodu kladivem a na základě mých zkušeností s trénováním hodu kladiva vytvořit metodickou řadu cviků.
My bechelor thesis focuses on creating a multimedia material that presents a methodical series of exercises for hammer thow. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct an analysis of contemporary methodology of hammer throw and create a methodical series of exercises on the grounds of my experiences with training and competing in this athletic discipline.
