Abstract
Diplomová práce analyzuje problematiku výroby postrojů a padákových křídel pro paragliding. Teoretické část seznamuje a popisuje způsob testování postrojů při procesu certifikace a poukazuje na důležitost pevnostních spojení v šicím procesu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu různého tvarového prošití na jeho následnou pevnost a na možnou opravitelnost provedeného spoje. Na základě vzniklých zjištění byla určena referenční pevnost jednotlivých spojů a navržen způsob ekonomicky příznivějšího postupu při vývoji nového postroje. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení vlivu tvarového šití na pevnost švu.
The diploma thesis analyzes problems of production of harnesses and paragliding wings for paragliding. The theoretical part introduces and presents the method of testing harnesses in the certification process and the view of mining strength in the sewing process.The practical part is focused on the influence of various shape stitching on its subsequent strength and possible repairability of the proven joint. On the basis of the results, the strength of the individual joints was determined and the method of an economical more favorable process with the new harness was proved.The conclusion of the work is devoted to the evaluation of the influence of shape sewing on the seam strength.
