Abstract
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl poskytnout čtenáři informace o tom, jaký obraz o učiteli a jeho profesi je vytvářen současným denním tiskem v ČR. Obraz je prezentován na základě sběru dat z vybraného deníku z činnosti za jeden kalendářní rok - rok 2017. Na základě obsahové analýzy novinových příspěvků a reflexe jejich sociálního kontextu je čtenáři ukázáno, která témata týkající se učitelské profese jsou pro novináře a společnost důleţitá a do jaké míry se prezentovaný pohled na tato témata shoduje s názory odborníků. Spolu s výsledky přináší práce i úvahu nad tím, jak by příspěvky deníku mohly ovlivňovat názor společnosti na učitelskou profesi a její problémy. Jednotlivé příspěvky byly analyzovány z pohledu formy i obsahu. Tři nejčastější témata textů jsou v práci zpracována ve větším rozsahu ve formě podrobné obsahové analýzy.Práce volně navazuje na sérii diplomových prací publikovaných na katedře pedagogiky a psychologie na TUL: Obraz učitele v české literatuře od Aleny Koţíškové, Obraz učitele ve filmu a televizní tvorbě v letech 1945-1968 od Šárky Kamenské a Obraz učitele ve filmu a televizní tvorbě v letech 1989-2011 od Barbory Klustové. Oproti těmto pracím se ale tato zabývá médiem, které nereflektuje pouze chápání učitelské profese společností, nýbrţ ho samo ovlivňuje svým působením.
This Master thesis sets the goal to provide the reader with information about the picture of teachers and their profession which has been created by the current daily press in the Czech republic. The picture is based on collected articles taken from one chosen newspapers in term of one calendar year - year 2017. Based on the content analysis of the articles and the analysis of their social background, it will be shown to the reader which topics regarding the teacher's profession are important to journalists and the society and to which extent the presented issues correspond with opinions of experts. A part of the theses, besides the results, is consideration of the potential influence of newspapers on the public viewing of teachers and their issues. The chosen samples were analysed from both perspectives - their form and their content. The thesis includes chapters about three major topics analysed and described in detail.The thesis freely relates to other Master theses published at the department of pedagogy and psychology at TUL: Conception of a teacher in the Czech literature by Alena Koţíšková, Conception of a Teacher in the Film - making and TV Production in 1945-1968 by Šárka Kamenská and Conception of a Teacher in the Film - making and TV Production in 1989-2011 by Barbora Klustová. In contrast to these theses, my paper examines the press, which not only reflects the teacher's conception in society, but also influences the formation of public opinions.
