Abstract
Diplomová práce popisuje kurátorskou činnost, výstavní prostory a kulturní situaci především v Liberci. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je obhájit roční existenci studentské Galerie Stěna a pozice jejího kurátora, s čímž souvisí organizování výstav, propagace, instalace, deinstalace a jiné. Dalším cílem je snaha bořit hranice nejen mezi jednotlivými obory naší fakulty, ale i jinými fakultami a městem Liberec.
The diploma thesis describes curatorial activity, the exhibition spaces and a cultural si-tuation, especially in Liberec. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to vindicate the year-ly existence of the student gallery Stěna, and also the position of its curator, which is related to organising the exhibitions, promotion, installing and uninstalling and so on. Another aim is to try to break the boundaries not just between the courses of our faculty, but also between other faculties and the town of Liberec.
