Abstract
Návrh městského bloku s administrativní funkcí, rezidenční funkcí a novým veřejným prostorem v místě současnéhoautobusového nádraží v Liberci využívá potenciálu místaa nabízí řešení k jeho oživení. Práce zahrnuje názorna urbanistické řešení parcely ve vztahu ke svému okolí, hmotový návrh dostavby administrativního bloku a její funkční rozvržení v parterových úrovních, návrh městského parku jako veřejného prostoru a obytného domu s městskými funkcemi v parteru.
The assignment is to develop a mixed-use city block in the area which is currently occupied by a city bus station in Liberec. The idea is combine to administrative and residential functions and design an urban landscape in the relation to the buildings. The task is to understand urbanistic relations of the entire site to the city and to find a connection with the existing administrative block. The work contains the idea of the urbanistic solution with new masses of the administrative block with city functions in their ground floors, the conceptional layout of the city park and the design of the new residential house.
