Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu nové ambasády České republiky v etiopskémhlavním městě Addis Abeba. Práce vznikla dle zadání soutěže, kterouvyhlásilo Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí, Katedra architektury na stavebnífakultě ČVUT a Inspireli Awards.Návrh má reprezentovat naši republiku a ukázat její kulturní úroveň a tradice.Zároveň by měl být návrh nadčasový a mít racionální dispoziční řešení.Dominantou se v projektu stala zahrada, do které jsem se snažila budovy ambasádyukrýt. Záměrem bylo neodhalit všechno na první pohled, ale aby bylnávštěvník překvapen postupným odkrýváním budov mezi zelení.
Bachelor thesis deals with the design of the new embassy of the Czech Republicin the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. The work was created accordingto the competition announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Departmentof Architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech TechnicalUniversity and the Inspireli Awards.The proposal is to represent our republic and show its cultural level and tradition.At the same time, the proposal should be timeless and have a rationallayout.The dominant feature of the project was the garden where I tried to hide theembassy buildings. The intention was not to reveal everything at first sight,but to make the visitor surprised by the gradual uncovering of the buildingsamong the trees.
