Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je Vliv nedostatku pracovníků na ekonomický subjekt působící v automobilovém průmyslu. Určeným subjektem je firma DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o. (dále jen DMCZ) se sídlem v Liberci. Cílem práce je identifikovat a následně analyzovat vlivy nedostatku pracovníků konkrétně na DMCZ, a navrhnout možnosti na zlepšení současné situace. Práce se nejprve zabývá teoretickými východisky příslušné problematiky, zaměřuje se především na trh práce, charakteristiku regionu a řízení lidských zdrojů. Již teoretickou část se snaží zachytit z pohledu vybraného subjektu. Následně je identifikována přímo současná situace v DMCZ a provedena její analýza. Práce pak rovněž nastiňuje ekonomické vyhodnocení vlivu nedostatku pracovníků na vybraný subjekt. Na závěr přidává doporučení pro společnost DMCZ, které by mělo vést ke stabilizaci její současné personální situace.
The topic of this Thesis is The Influence of Labour shortage on the economic entity operating in the automotive industry. Designated entity is DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o. (hereinafter DMCZ) based in Liberec. The aim of the Thesis is to identify and then to analyze the effect of labour shortage specifically on DMCZ and suggest ways to improve the current situation. The thesis first deals with the theoretical background of the relevant issue, focusing mainly on labor market, regional characteristics and human resource management. The theoretical part is trying to capture from the point of view of the chosen subject. Subsequently the current situation in the DMCZ is directly identified and analyzed. The work also outlines an economic evaluation of the impact of the shortage of workers on the selected subject. Finally, it adds a recommendation to DMCZ, which should lead to the stabilization of its current personal situation.
