Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využívání informačního systému v hotelu. V práci je popsán vznik a vývoj informačních systémů, druhy informačních systémů a rozdíly mezi nimi. Následně je představen nejznámější internetový rezervační systém Booking.com. Tento systém je zanalyzován z pohledů jeho uživatelů. Jedná se o zákazníka hotelu a o pracovníka hotelu. Cílem práce je zjistit přínos systému pro uživatele a navrhnout opatření, která mohou vést ke větší spokojenosti uživatelů.
This bachelor thesis deals with problem of the usage of the information system in the hotel. The thesis describes the origin and development of information systems, types of information systems and the differences between them. In the next part of the thesis Internet Reservation System Booking.com is introduced. This system is analysed from the views of its users. These are a hotel customer and a hotel worker. The aim of the thesis is to identify the benefits of the system for its users and to suggest measures that can lead to greater user satisfaction.
