    Analýza hospodářsky slabých oblastí

    This diploma thesis deals with the environmental conditions in the region of Liberec.At the beginning is characterized the region of Liberec from the economical, cultural, geographical, demographical and educational point of view and also some various specifics are added . The second part explains the expressions of environment, ecology and its history, and permanently maintainable development. There are also described four periods in the evolution of relation between men and environment. Main idea of this thesis is an analysis of environment in the region of Liberec, which consists of subheads: water, climate, waste and the last one is soil which contains problems of brownfields and greenfields. Concluding part presents chosen weak points of every part of environment. There are suggested some solutions which could lead to reduce these weak points.The possibilities of finantional sources of those solutions are also added.

    Tato diplomová práce pojednává o systému odměňování pracovníků. Jedná se o analýzu systému realizovaného v současné době ve společnosti Spojovací a upevňovací materiál s.r.o. a uplatňovaného ve vztahu k největší skupině pracovníků firmy - skladníkům. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedeného rozboru stávajícího stavu a za využití teoretických poznatků navrhnout a následně ekonomicky zhodnotit systém odměňování, jenž by vhodným způsobem odstranil slabé stránky systému stávajícího s přihlédnutím ke konkrétním podmínkám a potřebám společnosti.

    Analýza systému sociálních služeb

    This thesis on ``The Analysis of the Social Welfare System{\crqq} is particularly focused on the social policy in the company Škoda Auto a. s. The thesis aims to find out what is the opinion of new employees on benefits provided by the company. Such information is valuable because it regards a view of a person who enters the company with certain ideas and expectations, therefore untouched by the corporate policy. The purpose of the survey was to gain an overview about the amount of new employees who were interested in available benefits in the company and to what extent this influenced their decision to apply for the job. Further the survey analysed which benefits are important for the employees and what they think about them as well as what factors played a key role in the choice of the occupation. Internal company materials were used to find out all needed data. In many cases it was necessary to consult specialists dealing with personnel agenda in the company. A questionnaire was made to carry out the survey, which was handed out to the new employees at the introductory training and consequently processed and evaluated in the programme PHP Easy Survey Package.

    Ekonomické zhodnocení vybraného nástroje politiky životního prostředí

    Nosným tématem diplomové práce je představení nástrojů environmentální politiky a eko-nomické zhodnocení vybraného nástroje. V úvodu se zabývá charakteristikami a definicemi environmentální politiky státu a podniku. Následně v krátkosti popisuje vy-brané nástroje a detailněji se zaměřuje na dobrovolný nástroj čistší produkce. Další část práce charakterizuje státní podnik DIAMO, který působí na většině území České republiky v oblasti hornictví. Nastíněna je také jeho environmentální politika. Předposlední část je tvořena možnými variantami řešení ekonomického zhodnocení nástroje čistší produkce v rámci odstranění odvalů v okolí města Příbrami. Poslední část hodnotí výsledky a obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení.

    Environmentální odpovědnost podniku

    This final thesis deals with the implementation of environmental management system as a voluntary tool to protect the environment into a company. The environmental policy is analysed in the theoretical part of the final thesis, two different approaches are compared in the implementation of environmental management system and the required steps for certification are discussed about. The practical part of the thesis deals with the process of implementation of EMS into a company STROJÍRNY HOLDING, a.s.. The steps which the company followed are sorted according to outline of international standards ISO 14001. The main point of this thesis is focused to the reasons for the implementation, assessment of strengths and costs of certification, which monitors the start phase and also process of the maintaining the EMS. Some another measures for further developing of the EMS are suggested in the end of the thesis.

    Environmentální pilíř společenské odpovědnosti firem

    Diplomová práce s názvem ''Environmentální pilíř společenské odpovědnosti firem'' si klade za cíl analyzovat a následně zhodnotit environmentálně odpovědné aktivity ve společnosti Skanska a.s. v průběhu let 2010 až 2014, včetně navržení doporučení pro další rozvoj společnosti Skanska a.s. v oblasti odpovědného přístupu k životnímu prostředí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části diplomové práce je v rámci literárních rešerší vymezen koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem se zaměřením na environmentální pilíř společenské odpovědnosti. Pozornost je věnována jak oblastem společenské odpovědnosti, klíčovým stakeholderům a zhodnocení očekávaných přínosů plynoucích ze zavedení daného konceptu, tak i specifikům environmentálního pilíře, včetně uplatnění environmentální strategie. V druhé části diplomové práce je pozornost věnována společnosti Skanska a.s. a jejímu strategickému přístupu k životnímu prostředí, včetně rozboru a zhodnocení environmentálních aktivit, kterými se společnost v období 2010 - 2014 zabývala. Závěrem této práce jsou na základě teoretických a praktických východisek navrženy společnosti Skanska a.s. další postupy a doporučení v environmentální oblasti společenské odpovědnosti.

    Environmentální pílíř společenské odpovědnosti firem

    Cílem práce je analýza společenské odpovědnosti v automobilové firmě ŠKOD AUTO a.s. se zaměřením na environmentální politiku a navržení vhodných postupů pro zdokonalení. Tato práce má šest dílčích celků. V prvním z nich je přiblížena a popsána problematika společenské odpovědnosti firem. Druhá část se zaměřuje na environmentální politiku v podnicích. Praktická část, která je uvedena v ostatních kapitolách, analyzuje přístup a současný stav firmy ŠKODA AUTO a.s. ve vztahu k životnímu prostředí. Závěr je věnován doporučením, která by mohly vést ke zlepšení.

    Environmentální značení na trhu v České republice

    This thesis deals with environmental labeling on the market in the Czech Republic. Introduction explains the importance of ecolabeling and attitude of stakeholders to this instrument. The first chapter explains the position of the instrument in the construction of environmental policy and focuses on its characteristics. In the second chapter is an analysis of the situation on the ecolabeling market, the first part deals with ecolabeling demand and offer on the market in the Czech Republic and the second part focuses on the ecolabeling demand and offer on the accommodation services market. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of requirements, costs and benefits of ecolabeling for businesses providing accommodation services in addition to the overall analysis of the state of ecolabeling on the accommodation servises market. The fifth chapter presents evaluation of the current situation, development, and recommendations. In conclusion is a brief evaluation of the results.

    Hodnocení efektivnosti investic na ochranu životního prostředí

    Diplomová práce ''Hodnocení efektivnosti investic na ochranu životního prostředí'' se v první části zabývá environmentální politikou podniku a povinnostmi podniku v ochraně životního prostředí. Pozornost je věnována problematice odpadů a jejich zpracování. V další části jsou popisovány metody, které jsou využívány při ekonomickém hodnocení investičních projektů. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení reálného investičního projektu ve Spalovně odpadů v Liberci. Charakterizuje podnikatelskou činnost podniku a popisuje skutečnosti vedoucí k realizaci investice. Ekonomická část se zabývá posouzením realizované investice dle vybraných metod hodnocení investic, uvedených v teoretické části, a je popsán přínos investice pro životní prostředí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky teoretické a praktické části a jsou navrhnuta možná opatření pro realizaci dalších environmentálních investic.

    The diploma thesis is focus on environmental management system (EMS) and its´ benefits and costs. At first it is analyzed current theoretic basis of this system, there is a mention of basic reasons and objectives for implementation and maintaining of EMS. There are described requierements and implementation process of this system. Than is described a company Faurecia Exhaust Systems, s. r. o. and its´ experiances with EMS - it is made an economic evaluation of benefits and costs and recommendation for other improvement.

    Možnosti hodnocení dopadu ekonomických činností na životní prostředí

    Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou udržitelného rozvoje, který je v současné době velmi aktuálním tématem po celém světě. Rozebírá environmentální politiku na mezinárodní, národní a podnikové úrovni, jejíž analýza je podstatou práce. Jádrem diplomové práce je představení třech indikátorů (ekologické, uhlíkové a vodní stopy), které jsou ve světě momentálně velice populární a jejichž zavedení v České republice je ve svých začátcích. V praktické části je ekologická stopa představena jako vhodný nástroj k porovnávání jednotlivých států a zavedení výpočtu uhlíkové stopy je názorně předvedeno na firmě Sweco Hydroprojct a.s.. Hlavním přínosem práce je vlastní výpočet ekologické stopy události oborové státní závěrečné zkoušky na Ekonomické fakultě TUL. Tento výpočet jasně ukazuje, že realizace tohoto indikátoru není tak složitá, pokud se v počátcích uplatňuje na určité události.

    Návrh opatření pro rozvoj lidských zdrojů v Libereckém kraji

    A diploma thesis{\crqq} Proposal of disposal for development of human resources in Liberec region{\crqq} deals by analyses of economically weak sectors in Liberec region with focus on human resources dilemma. In the first part of the work is described characteristic of Liberec region and its four counties and briefly determinated the dilemma of human resources by theoretical view. In the second part of work is processed an analysis of Liberec region, which is divided into seven thematic sections - population, labor and labor market, educational system and education, health service, social security, culture and care of historical monuments, sport and physical training, housing and housing resources. Last part is focused on chosen weak sites of some sectors of human resources. It contains some disposal for elimination of these weak sites and at the same time its possible way of financing.

    Odpovědné a udržitelné podnikání

    Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku udržitelného a odpovědného podnikání v hotelu Chateau Mcely. Udržitelné podnikání představuje nový způsob řízení, při kterém se zohledňují nejen ekonomické, ale také environmentální, sociální a etické faktory, jehož cílem je jak dosažení dlouhodobého zisku, tak i přínosu pro společnost jako takovou a pro ochranu životního prostředí. V první části bude provedena rešerše literatury věnované problematice udržitelného podnikání, která by měla mimo jiné vymezit tento pojem a přinést odpověď na otázku, zda ''ekologie a podnikání'' jsou skutečně neslučitelné oblasti. V druhé části bude provedena analýza systému řízení ve společnosti Chateau Mcely s.r.o. se zaměřením na uplatňování principů udržitelného podnikání, a to především v oblasti environmentální a sociální, a následně vyhodnocení analýzy s návrhem doporučení pro další aktivity v oblasti udržitelného a odpovědného rozvoje podniku Chateau Mcely.

    Problematika efektivnosti investic do obnovitelných zdrojů energie v podmínkách ČR

    The thesis investigates the situation of renewable resources in the Czech Republic. The use of renewable energy, advantages and disadvantages of the given legal conditions are monitored. The goal of the thesis is to verify the return of the renewable energy investment in the Czech Republic and that by an example of the biogas plant too. The evaluation of potencial investment into a similar project for another microregion is in the conclusion.

    The diploma work ``The problems of selection the worker{\crqq} pursues the theme of recruitment and selection the felicitous worker in the company Městský rozvojový fond Pardubice a. s. These are very important personal activities because the appropriately selected worker is a strategy affair for each company. The target of this diploma work is to give a summary about situation in theory of recruitment and selection the workers and subsequently elaborate and economically sum up a process of recruitment and selection the felicitous worker for occupation of free post in the company Městský rozvojový fond Pardubice a. s. The preliminary chapter is focused on definition of general procedure of recruitment the workers from the theoretic point of view. Here is described the analysis of necessaries, specification of occupied post and then a selection the worker. Next chapter engages in aplication a theoretic procedures in practise. There is suggested a system how to recruit and select felicitous aplicant for free post including evaluation of methods which would be suitable to choose. Constituent methods are compared from the advantage and disadvantage point of view which they bring with and subsequently is made their economic revaluation and selection an optimal possibility which would be suitable to put into effect in practise.

    This work is based on explanation if it is more profitable to invest to the agricultural biogas station or waste biogas station. It describes the processes inside of the station, what is necessary to have for normal operating and the comparison between these two types of stations. Important part consists of possibilities of the financial help, comparison of pros and cons of profit from each station and it also shows the places where each type of the station should be used.

    Systém vzdělávání distribučních kanálů

    The topic of this thesis is the system of training distribution channels in the company ČSOB Penzijní fond Stabilita, a.s. The company is part of the ČSOB group and has been dealing on the supplementary insurance market since 1994. The introductory chapters provide theoretical information about distribution channels and training. The next section contains some basic information, both about ČSOB PFS, as well as about the parent company ČSOB. The following chapter covers particularly training in ČSOB PFS and current system used in ČSOB. Chapter six contains an analysis of the system for training one of the distribution channels as well as an interpretation of the results of the analysis. Recommendations for the training section are described in the concluding chapter.

    Tools to Support Effective Communication, Conflict Prevention and Conflict Resolution in Family Businesses

    The article deals with the topic of open communication in the family business and focuses on the possibilities of conflict prevention. The article aims to define the factors influencing communication in family businesses and to identify their possible interdependence with selected characteristics of the business. The effect of complicated communication or conflicts could be not only negative, which could even result in the closure of the business, but also positive when constructive conflict can stimulate change and innovation. It is advisable to take measures to prevent conflicts and set up processes to resolve them. It is also advisable to clearly define the company's organisational structure, establish norms for dealing with work and family situations, and introduce governance tools. All of these measures promote open and effective communication and a sense of belonging among family business members. The paper presents the results of a survey of 98 family businesses. The findings suggest that family businesses perceive that effective and open communication is essential to their functioning. In most cases, family businesses attempt to separate business-related conflicts from family conflicts, which are related to personal family relationships and ties. Efforts to separate family and work-related conflicts increase as the number of employees increases.
