dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is introduction about Gender budgeting, its historical connectivity and development of gender equality in Czech republic and abroad. Theoretical part defines institutional and legal framework and describes gender budgeting process, which introduces with different approaches how to apply it. Practical part of the project is fixed with public research results, which analyses inequality issues between men and women according to set standards, approach of public and recognize possibilities of both genders in a set situation. Results of questionnaire can help in another studies, specially in case of wages situation and quality women a men in society.en
dc.description.abstractCílem práce je seznámení s pojmem Gender budgeting, jeho historickými souvislostmi a také vývojem genderové rovnosti jak v ČR, tak v zahraničí. Teoretická část se věnuje definování institucionálního a právního rámce, popisuje proces genderového rozpočtování a seznamuje s různými přístupy k jeho uplatnění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které dle uvedených kritérií analyzuje problematiku rovnosti mezi muži a ženami, postoje veřejnosti a zkoumá možnosti žen a mužů v daných situacích. Výsledky dotazníku mohou posloužit pro další studie, zejména ve mzdové oblasti a postavení žen a mužů ve společnosti.cs
