dc.description.abstract	This graduation thesis is called Investors in People standard in the Czech Republic. The main topic concerns the standard regarding company responsibility and its implementation in companies of the Czech Republic. For the correct understanding of this topic, the thesis first deals with explaining of the term social responsibility of companies, and only then with the standard Investors in People in CZ itself. Contribution of this thesis is especially the research which is conducted through the questionnaire survey. All companies which have acquired the certificate according to the standard Investors in People are involved. Because it is a nowadays trend to develop and care of human resources, the last chapter of this thesis deals with proposal of implementation of this standard in the Maincor s.r.o. company.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce má název Norma Investors in People v ČR. Hlavním tématem je norma z oblasti společenské odpovědnosti firem a její implementace do firem v rámci České republiky. Pro správné pochopení dané problematiky se práce nejdříve zaobírá vysvětlením pojmu společenská odpovědnost firem, jednotlivými normami z této oblasti a až poté se zabývá normou Investors in People v České republice. Vlastním přínosem této práce je především výzkum, který probíhá pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Do tohoto průzkumu jsou zahrnuty všechny firmy, které získali certfitikát dle normy Investors in People. Jelikož dnešním trendem je rozvíjení a péče o lidské zdroje, je poslední kapitola diplomové práce věnována návrhu na implementaci tohoto standardu do společnosti Maincor s.r.o..	cs
