Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace Metodické příručky Kurz zvládání vzteku norské organizace Reform v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Cílem práce je aplikovat Metodickou příručku Kurz zvládání vzteku v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy, upravenou pro potřeby cílové skupiny a zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti a limity jejího využití a její přínos pro zvládání vzteku u těchto klientů.Teoretická část vymezuje systém školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy, definuje základní terminologii, kategorizuje agresivní chování a předkládá příčiny a možnosti řešení. Pozornost je věnována také vývoji jedince v dospívání a základům Kurzu zvládání vzteku. Empirická část představuje výzkum zaměřený na zjištění limitů a možností aplikace Kurzu zvládání vzteku upraveného dle potřeb cílové skupiny dívek v dětském domově a chlapců ve výchovném ústavu. Zvolenými výzkumnými metodami byl dotazník vytvořený organizací Reform a dotazník z bakalářské práce Veroniky Kubeškové a polostrukturovaný rozhovor.Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že po absolvování kurzu chlapci i dívky v převážné míře přijímají vlastní odpovědnost za své činy bez ohledu na to, zda je někdo vyprovokoval. Zároveň se ukázala jako žádoucí dlouhodobější spolupráce s klienty obou zařízení, přesahující časové možnosti kurzu.
This master thesis deals with the possibilities of application of the Methodological Manual Anger Management Course of the Norwegian Organization Reform in the facility for institutional and preventive up-bringing. The aim of the thesis is to apply the Methodological Manual Anger Management Course in a facility for institutional and preventive up-bringing adapted to the needs of the target group and to find out the possibilities and limits of its use and its contribution to managing the anger of these clients.The theoretical part defines the system of school facilities for the performance of institutional and preventive up-bringing, defines the basic terminology, categorizes the aggressive behavior and presents the causes and possibilities of solution. Attention is also paid to the development of an individual in adolescence and to the basics of the Anger management course.The empirical part presents research aimed at identifying the limits and possibilities of application of the Anger management course adapted to the needs of a target group of girls in a children's home and boys in an up-bringing institution. Selected research methods were a Reform questionnaire and a questionnaire bachelor thesis by Veronika Kubešková and a semi-structured interview.The results of the research show that after completing the course, boys and girls take on their own responsibility for their actions, regardless of whether they are provoked. At the same time long-term cooperation with clients of both establishments proved to be desirable, exceeding the course's time options.
