dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat aktuální stav řízení zásob ve vybrané firmě a navrhnout doporučení, která může zkoumaná firma následně využít pro vylepšení nebo přetvoření již zavedených procesů v rámci řízení zásob na zkoumané pobočce. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky řízení zásob a podnikové logistiky. Praktická část této práce představuje zkoumanou firmu, vybranou pobočku a úsek, ve kterém byla diplomová práce zpracována. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé položky zásob roztříděny na základě analýzy ABC a XYZ. Na základě těchto analýz jsou položky zásob roztřízeny do několika kategorií a je pro ně vzhledem k jejich kategorii stanovena pojistná zásoba. Na základě poznatků zjištěných v praktické části práce jsou následně vytvořena doporučení pro firmu, která jsou v poslední kapitole práce finančně zhodnocena.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this master's thesis is to analyse the current state of inventory management in the examined company and to propose recommendations that the examined company can subsequently utilize to improve or reshape already established processes within inventory management at the examined branch. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of inventory management and company logistics. The practical part of this thesis presents the examined company, the selected branch, and the department in which the thesis was processed. In the practical part, individual inventory items are categorized based on ABC and XYZ analysis. Based on these analyses, inventory items are classified into several categories, and a safety stock is determined for them according to their category. Based on the findings obtained in the practical part of the thesis, recommendations are subsequently formulated for the company, which are then financially evaluated in the final chapter of the thesis.	en
