dc.description.abstract	Investiční stimuly, konkurenceschopnost nebo atraktivita investičního prostředí jsou na první pohled podobné pojmy, které vypovídají o investiční zajímavosti hostitelské země. Země, zvláště ty rozvojové, usilují o to, aby investoři realizovali své investice právě na jejich území. Proto se snaží různými způsoby svojí investiční atraktivitu zvýšit a investory tak přilákat. Jako investora chápeme podnik, který hledá lokaci pro realizaci svojí investice. Ale co opravdu investory zajímá, co sledují, když si vybírají lokaci realizace svojí investice? Na tuto otázku se pokusím alespoň z části odpovědět touto disertační prací.V první části disertační práce je provedena rešerše dostupných zdrojů na dané téma. Rešerše je založena hlavně na stanoviscích J. H. Dunninga a M. Viturky. V další části práce jsem provedla analýzu PZI podniků v České republice a analýzu investičních stimulů, které ovlivňují investiční rozhodování podniků, ve sledovaném (v komparovaném) období. Investiční stimuly pro výzkum byly vybrány právě na základě rešerše zdrojů, díky které autor formoval svoje názory a získal potřebné informace pro tvorbu vlastních hypotéz a závěrů. V páté kapitole je pak proveden vlastní statistické testování stanovených hypotéz a to na základě jednoduchého regresního modelu a dále pak na základě vícenásobného regresního modelu. Jako závisle proměnná byla stanovena výši PZI, jako nezávisle proměnné pak jednotlivé investiční stimuly. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření, které autor provedl na vzorku podniků -investorů a kde zjišťoval jejich vnímání vybraných investičních stimulů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Investment incentives, competitive strength of investment environment and investment attractiveness are, at first sight, similar terms characterising home country successfulness influencing deciding of business units at allocation of investment plans. Countries struggling for inflow of direct foreign investments to their territories use the investment incentives to increase their competitive strength and attractiveness in the eye of an investor. How does a company, as an investor really perceive the investment incentives? This thesis tries to find an answer to this question.In the first part of the thesis, a research of available resources is carried out and theoretical base formed. The theoretical starting point helped to form author's views and to obtain necessary information for formation of own research and analyses conclusions. In the following part the analysis of PZI actual status and Czech policy of competitive strength was performed together with the analysis of corporate PZI size and structure. This part describes the current state of the investment stimulus and analyzes them in the time too. Next chapter of the dissertation is statistical research simple regression and multiple regression, the comparing dependent and independent variable. The depend variable is PZI and the independent variables are investment stimulus.In the last chapter of dissertation is research among investors. Haw investors perceive investment incentives. The objective of the research was to find out some feedback from corporate units and their satisfaction with the Czech investment environment.	en
