Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje uplatnění absolventů bakalářských studijních oborů Speciální pedagogika předškolního věku a Speciální pedagogika pro vychovatele studijního programu Speciální pedagogika na FP TUL v letech 20102014. Cílem práce je analyzovat profil absolventů a zjistit možnosti jejich pracovního uplatnění v praxi. V teoretickém rámci definujeme speciální pedagogiku jako vědeckou disciplínu, její předmět, cíl, pojetí, charakter i její podobory. Věnujeme se deskripci systémového modelu vzdělávání, s jehož pomocí vysvětlujeme pozici absolventů speciálních pedagogů ve vzdělávacím procesu, a také povaze a potřebě aplikované etiky v pomáhajících profesích. Dále seznamujeme se znalostmi, dovednostmi i kompetencemi speciálního pedagoga. Popisujeme formu studia speciální pedagogiky a oba studijní obory. V závěru teoretické části shrnujeme legislativní ukotvení práce s jedinci se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a shrnujeme podobnosti a rozdíly při vzdělávání osob se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v Česku, Velké Británii a na Slovensku.V empirické části se přímo soustředíme na výzkum uplatnění speciálních pedagogů bakalantů FP TUL na trhu práce. Výzkum realizujeme formou dotazníku. V závěru diplomové práce rekapitulujeme výsledky, ověřujeme stanovené hypotézy a svá zjištění shrnujeme v závěrečné diskuzi, kde se věnujeme hlavně tématu dalšího budoucího uplatnění speciálních pedagogů, které se ve světle nových strategických dokumentů MŠMT i proinkluzivní legislativy (novela zákona 561/2004 Sb. v platném znění) ukazuje být jako velmi zásadní a široké.
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of the employability of BA graduates in the study fields of Special Pedagogy for Pre-school Age and Special Pedagogy for Tutors, of the study programme Special Pedagogy at the Faculty of Pedagogy, Technical University in Liberec during the years 2010 2014. The aim of this work is to analyse the student profile and to find out the possibilities of their employability in practice.The theoretical part defines 'special pedagogy' as a scientific discipline, its subject, aim, conception, character and its further subfields. We present a description of a system model of education with whose help we explain the positon of graduates special pedagogues in the education process. We also consider the character and need of applied ethics in helping professions. The work also introduces the spectrum of knowledge, skills and competencies of a special pedagogue. It describes the form of studies of special pedagogy and both fields of study. At the end of the theoretical part, we summarize the legislative basis of the work with people with special educational needs and also the similarities and differences in education of such people in the Czech Republic, Great Britain and Slovakia. In the empirical part, we focus on the research of employability of BA special pedagogy graduates of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Technical University in Liberec on the labour market. The research has been realised via the form of a questionnaire. The end of the work recapitulates the results, verifies the given hypothesis and the findings are summed up in the final discussion. This discussion is mainly devoted to the topic of further employment of special pedagogy graduates which proves to be quite crucial and wide ranging in the light of new strategic documents of the Ministry of Education and pro-inclusive legislation (amendment of the act 561/2004 Col. as amended).
