dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dětí a mládeže v žákovskýchsamosprávách. Teoretická část se zabývá obsahem pojmů kompetencí a klíčovýchkompetencí, jejich vývojem, strukturou a pojetím. Popisuje participaci, osobnostkoordinátora a charakterizuje věkové zvláštnosti dítěte staršího školního věku a obdobídospívání. Předkládá stupnici vývojových fází skupiny a strukturu žákovskýchparlamentů v ČR. Praktickou část tvoří výchovně vzdělávací program na rozvojklíčových kompetencí členů Městského parlamentu dětí a mládeže Mladá Boleslav,který ověřuje kvalitativní metoda pozorování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of children and young people in student'sself-government. The theoretical part deals with the content of the conceptsof competence and key competences, their development, structure and concept. Thisthesis describes the participation of, the personality of the coordinator and characterizesthe age oddities of the child's older school age and adolescence. It presents a scaleof developmental stages of groups and the structure of student's parliamentsin the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of an educational programon the development of key competencies of the members of the Municipal parliamentof children and youth Mladá Boleslav, which verifies the qualitative methodof observation.	en
