Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontroly rozměrů hotových výrobků a hledá návrh nové metodiky přístupu ke kontrole.
Způsob řešení zahrnuje rešeršní část zaměřenou na studium plastické anatomie a somatometrie dítěte, charakteristiku tělesných rozměrů a hledání vhodné konstrukční metodiky oděvu.
V experimentální části jsou provedeny zkoušky mechanických vlastností elastických materiálů pro získání vstupních parametrů pro konstrukci oděvu z tažných materiálů.
V další části je navržena metodika kontroly rozměrů hotového výrobku dětského prádla, která vychází z predikce chování použitého materiálu a je využitelná v praxi.
This diploma thesis is looking into the issue of controlling the dimensions of garment on mannequins and searching the innovation of the existing control methodology. The method of solution includes a research partly focused on the study of the child's plastic anatomy and somatometry, the characteristics of body dimensions and the search for a suitable construction methodology of clothing. The experimental part focuses on testings mechanical properties of elastic materials which are performed to obtain parameters for the construction of clothing from tensile fabrics. In the next part, a methodology for checking the dimensions of the finished product of children's underwear is proposed depending on the prediction of the behavior of the material used for kids underwear and also can be implemented in working proces.
