Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu komunikačního dne učitele na české základní škole. Práce nejprve identifikuje klíčové aktéry zapojené do výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu a zdůrazňuje význam mimoškolní komunikace, která může přinášet rizika, jako jsou syn-drom vyhoření či kyberšikana. Na základě pozorování a rozhovorů s učiteli v základní škole v Chrastavě jsou prezentovány praktické zkušenosti, které nabízejí budoucím pedagogům i širší veřejnosti vhled do každodenního komunikačního prostředí učitele.
This bachelor thesis focuses on thepresents an analysis of teachers' various communication-al task during a regular working day at a Czech primary school. The thesis first identifies the key actors involved in the educational process and highlights the importance of out-of-school communication which involves risks such as burnout syndrome or cyber-mobbing. Based on observations and interviews with teachers in a primary school in Chrastava (Czechia), practical experiences are presented that offer future teachers and a wider public an insight into the everyday communication environment of a teacher.
