Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika práce učitelky v mateřské škole s dítětem rozvádějících se rodičů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká jsou specifika práce s dítětem z rozvádějící se rodiny v prostředí mateřské školy.
První část vychází z teoretických poznatků čerpaných z odborných zdrojů o vývoji dítěte v předškolním věku, rodině a jejích funkcích, vymezení krize a krize v životě dítěte, rozvodu a jeho vlivu na dětskou psychiku a změnu projevů chování, mateřské škole a roli pedagoga.
Empirická část popisuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které má za cíl prostřednictvím rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol zjistit, jaká jsou specifika práce s dítětem, kterému se rozvádí rodiče. Výsledky výzkumného šetření poskytují praktická doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi využitelná pro usnadnění dítěti prožívá náročné životní situace.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the specifics of a preschool teacher's work with a child whose parents are undergoing a divorce. The aim of the thesis is to identify the specifics of working with a child from a divorcing family in a preschool environment. The first part is based on theoretical knowledge drawn from expert sources of child development in preschool age, family and its functions, defining crises and crises in a child's life, divorce and its impact on the child's psyche and behavioral changes, preschool education, and the role of the teacher. The empirical part describes qualitative research aimed at identifying the specifics of working with a child whose parents are divorcing through interviews with preschool teachers. The results of the research provide practical recommendations for pedagogical practice that can facilitate the child's experience of this challenging life situation.
