dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá segmentací zákazníků pomocí implementace ABC analýzy podle požadavků zákazníka a následného publikování reportu na jejich reportingový portál. První část teoretické části pojednává o nejběžnějších možných formách segmentace zákazníků v prostředí SAP, nejběžnější prvky, jejich struktura a možnosti. Poté je kladen důraz na rozebrání specifikací prostředí SAP, ve kterém se report zpracovává. Navazuje návrhem řešení, jeho úpravami dle zpětné vazby zákazníka a v neposlední řadě jeho zhodnocením. Výsledky jsou nahrány a interpretovány na webovém portálu firmy Richter & Frenzel, ze kterých jsou tvořený grafické modely, tj. dashboardy pro zobrazení ABC analýzy. Obsah poslední kapitoly obsahuje poznatky a doporučení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis deals with the customer segmentation by implementing ABC analysis according to customer requirements and subsequent publication of the report on their reporting portal. The first part of the theoretical part deals with the most common forms of customer segmentation in the SAP environment, the most common elements, their structure and possibilities. Then emphasis is placed on the analysis of the specifications of the SAP environment in which the report is processed. It follows with the design of the solution, its modifications according to the customer's feedback and, last but not least, its evaluation. The results are uploaded and interpreted on the Richter & Frenzel web portal, from which graphic models are created, i.e. dashboards for displaying ABC analysis. The content of the last chapter contains findings and recommendations.	en
