Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem marketingové strategie pro existující firmu TETA, s. r. o., resp. její část nazývanou TETANET, která se zabývá poskytováním internetu. Práce pojednává o návrhu strategie, která má napomoci firmě k získání informačních výhod, vyššímu počtu zákazníků a vyšší konkurenceschopnosti. Strategie vznikala postupně na základě analýzy organizace a informací získaných v průběhu roční řízené praxe. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou, kde jsou popsány základní pojmy marketingu, strategie marketingu a online marketingu, a praktickou, která je zaměřena na informace spojené přímo s firmou. Jsou zde zmíněny aktivity z průběhu celé praxe autora práce, kterou vykonával po dobu dvou semestrů třetího ročníku studia. Dále jsou zde podány vlastní návrhy a implementace strategie, resp. jejích částí. V závěru této práce se nachází shrnutí a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků navržené strategie.
The bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of marketing strategy for an existing company TETA Ltd., or more precisely, for its part called TETANET which provides the Internet. The thesis is concerned with a strategy proposal that is intended to help the company to obtain information benefits, higher number of customers, and higher competitiveness. The strategy was developed gradually on the basis of an analysis of the company and of the information gathered during a year-long work experience. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical one describes the basic concepts of marketing, marketing strategy, and online marketing, and the practical one focuses on the information connected directly with the company. The activities from the whole work experience of the author of this thesis are mentioned. This work experience was carried out for two semesters of the third year of study. Furthermore, my own proposals and implementation of the strategy, or its parts rather, are explicated. In the conclusion of this thesis one can find a summary and evaluation of the achieved results of the proposed strategy.
