Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat výskyt agresivních projevů chování u dětí v mateřské škole. Dále popsat nejčastější formy agresivního chování u dětí v předškolním věku a způsoby jejich řešení pedagogy.Zjištění se opírala především o osobní zkušenosti pedagogů, tzn. s jakou četností a jakým druhem zvýšeně agresivního chování dětí se ve své dosavadní praxi setkali, jaké postupy využívají při řešení konfliktních situací s agresivními dětmi a zda vychází z odborné literatury z oblasti této problematiky.K naplnění cíle byly v teoretické části práce definovány pojmy: agrese a agresivita, druhy agrese, normy chování a výchovně-vzdělávací přístupy. Autorka se zabývala příčinami vzniku agresivního chování, výchovnými styly v rodině dětí, odměnami a tresty a způsoby komunikace s dětmi.Součástí práce je praktická část, která se prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zaměřuje na četnost výskytu agresivního chování u dětí v předškolním věku napříč mateřskými školami. Věnuje se zkoumání nejčastější formy agresivního chování u dětí a využívání odborné literatury učitelkami mateřských škol a jejich připravenost na zvládnutí dítěte s agresivními projevy chování v mateřské škole běžného typu.V závěru práce je vyhodnocení průzkumného šetření a navrhovaná opatření. Výsledky praktické části potvrdily, že se učitelky mateřských škol setkávají s dětmi, které se projevují zvýšeně agresivně vůči vrstevníkům.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the occurrence of aggressive behavior in children in kindergarten. Further, to find out how many teachers have met in their practice with children who are increasingly aggressive and with what kind of aggression they most often encounter. Finally, how many teachers are leaning on professional literature or co-created practices to deal with conflicting situations with aggressive children, and how many teachers are intuitively dealing with these situations.To achieve the aim, the theoretical part of the thesis will define the concepts of aggression and aggressiveness, types of aggression, behavioral norms and educational approaches. The author with deal with the causes of aggressive behavior, educational styles in the family of children, rewards and punishments, and ways of communicating with children.Part of the thesis is a practical part that focuses on the frequency of aggressive behavior in preschool children across nursery schools through the questionnaire survey. It focuses on exploring the most common forms of aggressive behavior in children, and the use of specialist literature by nursery school teachers and their readiness to master a child with aggressive behavior in a regular kindergarten.The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the survey and the proposed measures. The results of the practical part confirmed that kindergarten teachers meet children who are increasingly aggressive towards their peers.
