dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of the text is to compare differences in the organization of high performance cycling in the Czech Republic and Spain. The goal is to map the structure of the organized cycling and to find out the state of a member base. Afterwards obtained results are compared with the organization system, which is applied by the union of czech cyclists and with the current state of a local member cyclists base. Work is divided in synthesis of knowledge, which is occupied by the regular characteristics of cycling, it presents particular cycling disciplines, describes and analyses process of a sport training including annual training cycle of a cyclist. Practical part is dedicated comparison of structures of the organized cycling and the state of member bases for particular cycling branches in CZ and Spain, also selection of the talented ones and analyse of success of czech and spanish cyclists in year 2011. Gained differences and possible causes are described in detail in the discussion of the work.	en
dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat rozdíly v systému sportovní přípravy a celkové organizace výkonnostní cyklistiky v České republice a Španělsku. Úkolem je tedy především zmapovat strukturu organizované španělské cyklistiky a zjistit stav členské základny. Získané poznatky jsou následně porovnány s organizačním systémem, který je uplatňován Svazem cyklistiky v České republice a se současným stavem zdejší členské cyklistické základny. Práce je rozdělena na syntézu poznatků, která se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou cyklistiky, představuje jednotlivé cyklistické disciplíny, popisuje a rozebírá proces sportovního tréninku včetně ročního tréninkového cyklu cyklisty. Praktická část je věnována porovnávání struktur organizované cyklistiky a stavu členských základen i pro jednotlivá cyklistická odvětví v ČR a Španělsku, dále výběru talentů a analýze úspěšnosti českých a španělských cyklistů v roce 2011. Zjištěné rozdíly a možné příčiny jsou detailně popsány v diskuzi práce.	cs
