Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy interních logistických procesů a řízení skladového hospodářství v rámci působení v konkrétním vybraném podniku a také provedení konečného zhodnocení a předložení návrhů. Celkový průzkum v této práci je založen na zkoumání a pozorování logistických procesů v rámci celého podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část této práce je dále rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. V první z nich jsou znázorněna teoretická východiska pojmu logistika, její charakteristika, cíle, členění, trendy a prvky vyskytující se v logistice. Ve druhé ze zmíněných kapitol je popsána charakteristika zásob, jejich členění a možnosti řízení v podniku. Praktická část se pak zabývá charakteristikou konkrétního podniku, ve kterém byla zkoumána problematika řízení zásob. Na konci diplomové práce se nachází definice problémových míst a návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace.
The aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out an analysis of internal logistics processes and warehouse management within the framework of operations in a specific selected company, as well as to carry out a final evaluation and submit proposals. The overall research in this thesis is based on the examination and observation of logistics processes within the entire company. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of this work is further divided into two chapters. In the first of them, the theoretical basis of the concept of logistics, its characteristics, goals, divisions, trends and elements occurring in logistics are shown. In the second of the mentioned chapters, the characteristics of stocks, their breakdown and management options in the company are described. The practical part then deals with the characteristics of a specific company in which the issue of inventory management was investigated. At the end of the thesis there is a definition of problem areas and suggestions for improving the current situation.
