Abstract
Diplomová práce "Implementace metod Lean Managementu ve vybraném podniku"
se zabývá implementací nástrojů Lean Managementu ve společnosti Magna Exteriors
(Bohemia) s.r.o., která sídlí v Liberci. Tato společnost působí v automobilovém
průmyslu a vyrábí plastové díly určené pro osobní i nákladní automobily. Diplomová
práce se zaměřuje na zmapování současného stavu procesů ve společnosti, s cílem
navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zlepšení efektivity, pomocí nástrojů štíhlého řízení.
První část práce obsahuje historické i teoretické pozadí Lean Managementu. Druhá,
tj. praktická část práce, nejprve představuje vybranou společnost, dále mapuje
současný stav a blíže analyzuje sledovaná oddělení. Na základě zjištěných
nedostatků jsou následně navržena opatření ke zlepšení efektivity a produktivity
daných částí společnosti. V závěrečné části práce je podrobně popsáno ekonomické
zhodnocení navržených opatření.
The Master thesis "Implementation of Lean Management Methods in a Selected Company" deals with the implementation of Lean Management tools in Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o., which is based in Liberec. This company is engaged in the automotive industry, producing plastic parts for cars and trucks. The Master thesis focuses on mapping the current state of processes in the company and the goal is to propose measures to improve efficiency using Lean Management tools. The firts part of the thesis contains the historical and theoretical background of Lean Management. The second part of the work, application part, first presents the company, then maps the current state and analyzes the monitored departments. In the final part of the thesis, measures are proposed to improve the efficiency and productivity of the given departments of the company. In the final part of the thesis, the economic evaluation of the proposed measures is described in detail.
