Abstract
{\clqq}Analýza je první krok k moudrému rozhodování. Žádná analýza však není světem jen pro sebe. Finanční analýza nebo obecně analýza má smysl jen jako logický prostředek hodnocení a porovnávání údajů a vytváření nové informace, která je hodnotnější než jednotlivé prvotní údaje.`` Blaha, Z. S.; Jindřichovská, I.: Jak posoudit finanční zdraví firmy: Finanční analýza pro investory: bankéře, brokery, manažery, podnikatele i drobné akcionáře Jak již výše uvedená citace napovídá, tématem této diplomové práce je finanční analýza a celkové hodnocení výkonnosti firmy. Jednotlivé kapitoly obsahují údaje potřebné k vytvoření si prvotní představy o finanční analýze a o způsobu hodnocení podniku. Na jejich základě je poté možné snadněji pochopit skutečnosti, které jsou v praktické části řešeny pro konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. V této části je nejprve nastíněna historie podniku a poté současná situace firmy. Dále práce naznačuje způsoby výpočtů jednotlivých hodnot poskytovaných systémem Business Management Obchodníka, který firma pro hodnocení své finanční situace používá a nakonec jsou navržena opatření pro dosažení jejich zlepšení.

S.; Jindřichovská, I.: Jak posoudit finanční zdraví firmy: Finanční analýza pro investory: bankéře, brokery, manažery, podnikatele i drobné akcionáře As the quotation prompts, the theme of this thesis is a financial analysis and a general assessment of a firm´s performance. Individual chapters include readings needed for forming an initial concept about a financial analysis and an assessment of a company. On these grounds it is then easier to understand the facts that are solved in the practical part for the given legal entity. This part of the work describes the history of the company and than the current situation of the firm. Next, the work indicates the ways of calculations of particular values provided by the Business Management Obchodníka system, which the firm uses for the assessment of its financial situation, and at the end remedies for achieving an improvement are suggested.
