Abstract
Rozhodla jsem se pro volnou inspiraci knihou od Gabriela Garcíi Márquéze (Sto roků samoty) Kniha popisuje šest generací rodu Buendíů. Děj se odehrává v Kolumbii a to od počátku občanských válek z let 1830 až po stále silnější pronikání severoamerického imperialismu ve 30.tých letech 19.stol. Všechny tyto situace se v knize odrážejí.Stěžejní roli v příběhu mají ženy. Žena zde má funkci racionální, opatrovnickou a většina jejích přání a tužeb jde stranu ve prospěch muže. Je nucena sklánět se před svým osudem, který nám byl předsouzen a nedá se změnit. Dělám tedy kolekci pouze dámských oděvů. Inspiruji se také historickým oděvem z doby, ve které se děj odehrává, tzn. různé řasení látek, nakládání, vrstvení, drobné dekorace.... Zaměřila jsem se na kabáty, které budou z černé strukturálně odlišné látky. Jsou bohatě řasené nebo různými způsoby perforované a vrstvené. Pojítkem je černá barva a vlněná látka. Zdůrazňuje to povahu žen o kterých kniha vypráví. Černá barva spolu s drsnou strukturou kabátů působí funerálně a smutně, protože celý příběh je dosti ponurý a smutný, opírající se o pevně nastavený osud. Pod kabáty jsou šaty a kalhotové sukně, které jsou řešeny ovazováním a velmi jednoduchým střihem. Spodní šaty jsou také v černé barvě s fialovými detaily.
I was inspired by the book One hundred years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marqueze. The book describes six generations of a Buendiu's clan. The story is placed in Colombia and goes back to the beginning of civil war in the 1830 up to the strong growing North American imperialism in the 1830's. All these conditions are reflected in the book. Main role in the story have women. Woman has here a sense for rationality and guardianship. Majority of her wishes and desires are set aside on behalf of man. She is forced to bow beneath her own fate, which was given to her and there is no opportunity to change it. I made a collection of lady's clothing. I was inspired also by the historical clothing of the time, where was placed the story. It means various shirring of fabrics, heaping, layering, tiny ornaments... I focused on coats, which are made from black fabrics with various texture. They are bunchy. They are also fenestrated and layered in various ways. The coats are linked together by black color and woolen cloth. It highlights the character of women in the book. Black color together with rough texture of coats occures funeraly and sadly, because the story is also quite cheerless and bleak insisted on consistent fate. Under the coats are dresses and pantskirts, they are designed with the use of twining and they have simple cuts. Dresses are also in a black color with violet details.
