Abstract
Abstrakt Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnutí vhodných úprav informačního systému Noris, které pomohou zlepšit řízení a vizualizaci provozu ve Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf. Tato práce s názvem {\clqq} Informační systém Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf `` je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních bodů. V bodě 1. je provedena analýza materiálového a informačního toku ve Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf , vysvětleno organizační schéma a schéma řízení společnosti. Dále je vysvětleno třídění materiálových skladů jednotlivých technologických stupňů výroby, ve kterém je zobrazen tok materiálu vně společnosti. V bodě 2. je analyzována provázanost toku materiálu mezi jednotlivými technologickými stupni výroby. Je přiblížen proces prvotních vstupů materiálu do výrobního procesu, četnost jednotlivých technologických stupňů a likvidační kroky výrobních, ale i komunálních odpadů. V bodě 3. je analyzována počítačová síť ve Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf, vysvětlen výrobní logistický proces společnosti a plán práce logistických procesů (workflow). V bodě 4. jsou navrženy vhodné úpravy pro zlepšení funkčnosti a pro splnění požadavků na řízení a vizualizaci provozu informačního systému Noris společnosti Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf.
Abstract The thesis aims to suggest suitable adjustments to the Noris information system that will improve the control and visualisation of the of Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf operation. The diploma paper comprises four main parts, and its title is {\clqq}The Information System in Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf``, Part 1 resolves the material and information flows in the Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf plant, and it explains the organizational as well as the company management charts. Part 1 then deals with the material stock sorting with regard to the individual technological steps of the production; the material flow outside the company is also described.. Part 2 of the paper analyses the links between the material flow and the technological stages of the production. The thesis outlines the primary material input into the production process, the deployment frequency of individual technologies, as well as the production and municipal waste disposal processes. Part 3 deals with the analyses of the computer network in Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf, it explains the production logistics and the workflow processes within the company. Part 4 proposes suitable adjustments to be made in order to improve the functionalities, and to meet the requirements on the control and on the visualisation of the operation of the Noris information system used in Velveta a.s. Varnsdorf.
