Abstract
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků Policie České republiky. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit důvody ztráty zájmu o zaměstnání a míru ohrožení syndromem vyhoření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje příčiny ztráty zájmu o zaměstnání a přibližuje projevy burn out syndromu. Seznamuje také čtenáře se složkou policie a přibližuje profesi policisty pořádkové policie. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny možnosti prevence při ohroženi syndromem burn out. Praktickou část tvoří šetření a rozhovory s respondenty. Šetření bylo provedeno mezi policisty pořádkové policie, kteří pracují na obvodních odděleních v okrese Česká Lípa. Hlavním záměrem předložené bakalářské práce bylo zjistit postoj policistů k profesi a jejich psychický stav z hlediska míry ohrožení syndromem vyhoření.
The proposed bachelor thesis deals with burn out syndrome problem of employees of Police of the Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is to detect reasons of a loss of interest in work and rate of the burn out syndrome hazard. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part itemizes causes of loss of interest in work and describes burn out syndrome manifestations. The police branch is introduced to reader and the job of order policeman is described. Finally the possibilities of burn out syndrome hazard prevention are listed. The practical part consists of investigation and interviews to informants. The informants were policeman of order police who work in district departments of police in Česká Lípa region. The main goal of the presented bachelor thesis was to learn the attitude of policeman to their job and their mental condition with the view to the rate of the burn out syndrome hazard.
