Abstract
Předmětem a hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je popis trestného činu vraždy, zvláště pak vraždy spáchané mezi partnery. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit psychosociální aspekty vražd páchaných v partnerských vztazích v letech 2001 - 2007 na území hlavního města Prahy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku násilné kriminality, ve které se projevuje agrese a agresivita, a na problematiku trestného činu vraždy. Tento trestný čin je zde představen z pohledu trestního práva, ale i z pohledu viktimologického a kriminologického. Praktická část interpretuje vyhodnocení jednotlivých psychosociálních aspektů a jejich průzkumu ve zkoumaném vzorku. Průzkum je proveden analýzou spisové dokumentace, analýzou statistických dat a metodou řízeného rozhovoru. Bakalářská práce umožňuje blíže se seznámit s danou problematikou.
The topic and main subject of the bachelor work is the description of the crime of murder, especially the murder commited between partners. The aim of the bachelor work is to elicit psychological aspects of murders commited in partner relations in the period of the years 2001-2007 in the area of the capital city Prague. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is orientated on the problems of violent criminality, in which aggressivity displays and on the problems of the murder crime. This crime is introduced there not only from the aspect of the penal law, but as well from the victimological and criminalogical aspect. Practical part interprets the evaluations of single psychological aspects and their recognition in studied data sample collection of documents and statistical data with the help of the method of controlled interview. The bachelor work enables to get acquainted with this problem.
