Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo komplexně popsat problematiku zdravotního postižení ve vztahu k zaměstnanosti a zjistit postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji, s důrazem na jejich pracovní kompetence. Práce tvoří teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce objasňuje problematiku osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce pomocí zpracování a prezentací odborných zdrojů. Praktická část bakalářské práce zjišťuje pomocí analýzy dat, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů, jaké je postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji vzhledem k jejich kvalifikaci, vzdělání a kompetencím. Zaměřuje se také na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením v Libereckém kraji. Z výsledků průzkumu vyplynula navrhovaná opatření v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením.
The bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities. The aim of the bachelor thesis was describe the issue of disability in relation to employment and to determine the position in the labor market in the Liberec region, with an emphasis on their working competencies. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the issue of people with disabilities in the labor market through the processing and presentation of professional resources. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis identifies the position of persons with disabilities on the labor market in the Liberec region, due to their qualification, education and competences. It also focuses on an active employment politics for people with disabilities in the Liberec region. The results of the survey showed the proposed measures for the employment of people with disabilities.
