Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá postpenitenciární péčí v České republice. Cílem této práce je zjistit, v jaké oblasti běžného života potřebují osoby po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody nejčastěji pomoci a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout sociální službu Farní charity Česká Lípa, která by se zabývala touto cílovou skupinou.V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmů penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče a subjekty, které tuto péči poskytují. Zaměřuji se zde na popis činnosti sociálních kurátorů, Probační a mediační služby a další subjekty poskytující postpenitenciární péči a prací s klientem propuštěným z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Ve výzkumné části zjišťuji od pracovníků Probační a mediační služby, sociálních kurátorů, pracovníků věznice Stráž pod Ralskem a pracovnic charitního zařízení, kde vidí největší potřebu pomoci klientům po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, zda jsou tyto potřeby dostatečně uspokojovány atd. Výstupem bude navržení sociální služby Farní charity Česká Lípa, pro cílovou skupinu osob po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.
he bachelor thesis deals with the issue of post penitentiary care in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate the areas of daily living in which persons dismissed from prison need support with. Based on this elaborate is to further propose establishing social service at non-governmental organization Farni charita Ceska Lipa who could offer further services to such target group.The theoretical part deals with terminology related to penitentiary and post penitentiary care and subjects offering such services. Further, it describes activities of social curators, probation and mediation services and other subjects providing post penitentiary care and services provided to clients dismissed from prison.The research part elaborates areas of most needed support for clients dismissed from prison based on professional experience of probation and mediation officers, social curators, corkers of Stráž pod Ralskem prison and workers of charitable facilities. Further, it elaborates if those needs for support are fulfilled.The outcome of this thesis is proposal for social service provided by Farni charita Ceska Lipa for the target group of people dismissed from prison.
