Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou oblastí cestovního ruchu - golfovou turistikou, která patří nejenom ve světě, ale i v České republice, k bouřlivě rozvíjejícímu se odvětví. Přibližuje problematiku golfu, jeho historii, současnost, principy a obecná pravidla. Uvádí definice souvisejících pojmů z golfové turistiky a uvádí Českou republika jako vhodnou golfovou destinaci. Mapuje její konkurenční prostředí, organizaci golfu, náklady golfových destinací a finanční zdroje, kterými je možno hradit vzniklé náklady. Věnuje se také golfovému klubu Nová Amerika, který zaujímá významné postavení v golfové turistice České republiky a patří k největším klubům působícím na jejím trhu. Uvádí hospodářské výsledky golfového klubu a obsahuje návrhy na možné zlepšení jeho celkové ekonomické situace. Práce je doplněna o řadu tabulek, obrázků, grafů a příloh.
The graduation thesis is concerned with the specific field of tourist trade - golf tourism, which belongs to the most dynamic branches in the Czech republic as well as worldwide. The thesis deals with general issues as is golf, shows its history, present, principles and general rules. Defines relevant terms from golf tourism and presents Czech republic as a convenient golf destination. In addition, it gives overview of competitive environment, golf organization, its costs and sources, which is possible to use to cost recovery. Part of the study is dedicated to the golf club Nová Amerika, which takes up a very important possition in Czech golf tourism and is the one of biggest clubs operating on our market. The thesis contains operating results of golf club and offers suggestions for possible improvement of its general situation. Thesis is complemented by a number of tables, pictures, graphs and other attachments.
