Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je controlling a informační systémy. V teoretické části jsou nejprve uvedeny základní charakteristiky controllingu včetně jeho funkcí, nástrojů a přínosů pro podnikatelské subjekty. V obecné rovině jsou také popsány informační systémy, bez nichž controllingové koncepce mohou jen ztěží dosahovat vytyčených cílů, a to především na strategické úrovni. V praktické části je podrobněji charakterizován informační a řídící systém SAP z pohledu správců i uživatelů systému. Jsou zde popsány konkrétní činnosti a s použitím vybraných modulů je ukázáno, jak systém přispívá k plnění běžných podnikových aktivit. Na závěr jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody systému, je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření kvality systému a jsou prezentovány konkrétní oblasti, ve kterých je možné navrženými způsoby dosáhnout zlepšení celkových vlastností systému.
The theme of this thesis is Controlling and Information Systems. In the theoretic part there are introduced basic features of the controlling at first, including its functions, instruments and benefits for entrepreneurial organizations. Generally there are described information systems which seem to be really important for controlling conceptions of reaching into identified goals, mainly at the strategic level. In the practical part there is presented in detail the information and managing system SAP from administrators and users point of view. Real activities are described and it is shown with help of chosen parts of the system what could be a profit of using the system for common business of companies. To the end there are named advantages and disadvantages of the system, it´s analyzed a questionnaire enquiry concerning quality of the system and there are specified concrete areas in which would by possible to improve general features of the system by help of proposed ways.
