Abstract
Anotace V této diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na zhodnocení a posouzení finanční situace podniku pomocí finanční analýzy, kterou jsem aplikovala u společnosti GEA LVZ, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části, první část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení pojmu finanční analýza a jejího významu. Druhá část charakterizuje vybraný podnik, jeho historický vývoj a předmět podnikání. Třetí neboli praktická část popisuje a hodnotí finanční situaci podniku na základě poskytaných dat z účetních výkazů, je zde také zachyceno vyhodnocení celkové situace podniku a porovnání společnosti GEA LVZ, a.s. s největším konkurentem v odvětví. Ve čtvrté části se věnuji návrhům a doporučením vyplývajících z celkové finanční situace podniku, které by vedly k zlepšení, již tak dobré, situace. Závěr obsahuje stručné zhodnocení a přínosy, které jsem získala zpracováním daného tématu.
Annotation In this dissertation I focus on evaluation and appreciation of the financial situation of a company by financial analysis. I apply the financial analysis to the company which is named GEA LVZ, a.s. The dissertation is divided into four parts; in the first part I defined theoretical principles of the financial analysis. The second part is about the company, as well as historical development and its main business activities. The third part is also called practical part which describes and evaluates the financial situation in the company by means of data from accounting statements. There are the evaluation whole situation of the company and comparison the company with the biggest competition from a branch. In the last part I focus on proposal and recommendation which are lead to improving already good situation of the company. The conclusion contains brief evaluation and contribution which I gained working on this topic.
