Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Korupce a její ekonomické souvislosti si klade za cíl zhodnotit míru korupce ve vybraných zemích regionů jižní, severní a východní Evropy. Cíle bude dosaženo pomocí analýzy korupčního prostředí ve vybraných zemích jednotlivých regionů a následné komparace. V práci autorka ověřuje předpoklad, že na severu Evropy se korupce vyskytuje nejméně, na jihu nejvíce. Obecné informace jsou získány na základě poznatků z odborné literatury, analýza byla provedena na základě dokumentů a zpráv renomovaných organizací, které se touto problematikou zabývají. V teoretické části práce je nejprve vymezen pojem korupce, také se zde řeší metody měření korupce či nefunkční alokace zdrojů. Další část se zabývá formou korupce v hospodářských systémech. V praktické části je provedena analýza vybraných zemí a následně je provedena komparaceregionů a vyhodnocení.
The thesis Corruption and its economic consequences sets an aim to evaluate the level of corruption in selected countries of southern, northern and eastern Europe. The objective will be achieved through the analysis of corruption in selected countries in various regions and the subsequent comparison. In this work, the author examines the presumption that in northern Europe, the corruption occurs at lowest level, while in the southern Europe it occurs at the highest level. General information is obtained from scientific literature,analysis was performed on the basis of documents and reports of reputable organizations that deal with the issue of corruption. In the theoretical part, the concept of corruption is defined first, then also the methods for measuring corruption or ineffective allocation of resources are discussed. Next part deals with the forms of corruption in economic systems. In the practical part is the analysis of selected countries and subsequent a comparison of regions and overall evaluation.
